Yesterday was Field Day at school. It was such a hot day, but they were prepared with water bottles, squirts and lots of rest and shade. Abby's teacher took some pictures of her and sent them to me. She had a great time. All of the kindergartners wore red shirts this year. She did everything from Jump the River to the Bat Race. I think she used up all her energy because she came home E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D.
Here is her awesome action shot! She's "jumping the river". She loved this event. We might have a cross country jumper some day. :)
