Today we baked Abby's birthday treat for school. Her birthday isn't until August, but her class is celebrating summer birthdays the last week of school. What a great idea because otherwise she wouldn't be able to celebrate her birthday with her school friends. So I googled some birthday treat ideas and came up with some cute ones. We decided to try the Lollipop cookies because they looked easy. I'm into easy baking!
After church we put Grace down for her nap and Abby and I headed to the kitchen. These cookies were ridiculously easy to make! I frosted them and Abby was the sprinkle queen. And of course when we were done we both sampled them. Oooh la la! They were scrumptious!! Definitely a recipe keeper!
We brought some over to our neighbors and then enjoyed some ourselves. Didn't they turn out cute? Now Abby can't wait until Wednesday to bring them into class.
