Today we headed back to reality. We woke early and left the house by 8:30. First we went to Home Depot, then Target, Meijer, the library, the gas station, and finally a stop at my parent's house. It was a busy morning. I got SO many deals today!! Sometimes I even surprise myself. Today at Target we got 8 *free* items and my receipt from Meijer listed my savings at $65! What great deals!
Then it was home for lunch and then off to the parade. It's the end of the festival and this parade is the best one. We went with Jessie and had a great time! Here are some pictures. Enjoy!
It was a windy day and quite cool. By the end of the parade the sun was out, but we were glad we had our jackets.

Abby loves fruit snacks and she ate the whole bag before the parade even started. Then half way through she needed another snack. It's amazing how much that girl can eat and still not weigh 30 pounds. She must have fantastic metabolism.

Abby got quite tired near the end and just wanted to cuddle, what better place than in Jessie's lap?
She fell asleep in the car on the ride home and didn't wake up when we brought her inside. I let her sleep for a few minutes and then had a really hard time getting her to wake up. I guess the fresh air tired her out. During a lull in the parade, we asked Abby to do some entertaining for us. She decided to sing and dance. We loved it until she fell down. She's alright and bounced right back. It was just too funny not to include on the blog.
