My home study is complete!!!

For all of you who are familar with adoption lingo...my home study is now complete!! Woohoo! Now I can send off my I600A form to USCIS and then wait the 2-3 months for approval. But this is a milestone for me and I'm excited. I'm almost done with school (2 1/2 days left) and then I'm going to hit the dossier full force. There aren't that many new documents I have to get, there are however quite a few that need to be notarized. I checked my adoption website tonight and another family received a referral today. So things are moving along. It was encouraging to hear that the baby boy who was referred was only two months old! So most likely he'll come home between 4-5 months old. I'm hopeful that I'll be as blessed.
