Oh me, oh my! My baby's turning FIVE!

Today was a GREAT day! Today we celebrated Abby's 5th birthday. Where did the time go? I can't believe my baby is five years old. I looked at her this morning and my heart filled with love. She is so amazing. She is such a gift from my loving Heavenly Father. Man, I love her!

She celebrated in style today. Here's a rundown of her day:

8:03 Celebrated with birthday cards and gifts from the neighbors

8:38 Celebrated with cousins over sprinkled doughnuts for breakfast

11:22 Celebrated with our neighbor with fun balloons

2:12 Celebrated with a carnival, candy, and horses at Grandpa and Grandma's house

6:24 Celebrated with a pizza, Barbie cake and presents at her favorite park with her cousins and family

Whew!! What a day!
Isn't this wig hilarious? My mom had it in her dress up stash and everyone had to take a turn with it, including Grace.
We were all able to go to the carnival. Here they are before all the cotton candy, hot dogs, ice cream, popcorn and slushies. Don't they look calm? Yeah...the sugar hit the blood stream later.
Abby got the cutest butterfly painted on her arm.
There were miniature horses there and Abby loves horses so it didn't take too long before we were standing in line for our turn.
All she wanted for her birthday was a Barbie party. So I made this cake for her. She was thrilled! Although, I don't know how thrilled her boy cousins were when they had to eat the pizza and cake on Barbie plates. In fact, Micah said he couldn't drink his juice with "that lady on it" and only ate his pizza when it was covering the Barbie face on the plate. Too funny!!
Here's the first table. The park was totally empty so it was a great spot for the party.
Here's the other table, we were still waiting for Uncle Dave and Seth to come from karate class.
I just love this picture. I don't get many with my girls because I'm usually manning the camera, so this one is precious to me. I love it when she sits and cuddles on my lap. I love you Abby!!
She was inundated with presents. The last one was from me and Grace. We got her a doll house and it was a hit. I'm sure we'll spend hours playing with this and I'm sure I'll spend just as much time trying to keep Grace away from it.
So....how many kids can play with one doll house??? We've got 7 with this one, can anyone beat us?
