Hannah came to visit us today! We love her so much!!! We laid around on the couches, made homemade donuts, played house, did brand new hairstyles on her, made lasagna and homemade bread and even had a tickle fest. It was an awesome Sunday afternoon.
This girl has been so happy today. This is unusual because she's been fighting some yucky bugs this past week and also testing her "terrible two tantrums" all week. It was fun to see her smile again. It's infectious!
Here's the plate of oh-so delicious doughnuts. I saw the recipe on pinterest and looked in the fridge. I was thrilled to have all the ingredients on hand. So Hannah read the recipe to me and I baked. It was such an easy recipe and will be repeated again and again and again. Abby loved them too.
Sugar and cinnamon ended up everywhere...and I mean everywhere. But the smiles were also everywhere. These were so good!

This picture just cracks me up. Grace is in love with the ipad. She loves the songs and the cartoons and often thinks the ipad belongs only to her. It's so funny to see a 2 year old in love with technology. She's growing up in a different world.
I took this picture to show you what a typical night at our house is like. We're usually gathered in the kitchen putting together lunches for the next day, doing homework and catching up on life. Don't be fooled by the smile on Abby's face, homework usually takes a quick 5 minutes and then it's off to play.
