Today was the first day of school for Abby and me. It's so nice starting after Labor Day because it extends our summer a little longer. I'm not sure what happened with our summer, it just disappeared! But we were ready for this morning and our school routine came back to us quickly. The alarm rang early this morning and after our "Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning" song we got up and greeted the day.
I can't believe my baby is a 1st grader!! She did so well to day and was excited to see all her friends again. I love having her at school with me where I can catch glimpses of her throughout the day.
When I lined Abby up to get her picture Grace got excited and quickly ran into the shot. Such a cutie! She didn't want to be left behind and getting your picture taken looked like fun. She had a great day with Nana. It's so nice to be able to leave her with my mom. That's such a blessing.
